A made-up teacher's page, worked out by the same rules your page uses: 4 hours' notice, 15 minutes between lessons, two times already booked, Thursday off. Green times are open, dark ones are already booked, and dashed cells are outside her hours.

One booking, start to finish

From "when are you free?" to booked, without a single reply.

Here is how a lesson gets on the calendar, told in the order it happens.

  1. Once

    You set your hours

Pick the days and times you take bookings, up to two windows a day. Add the kinds of meeting you offer: a 30-minute intro call, a 45-minute lesson.

  2. Whenever you like

    You share one link

Your page lives at a short private address. Put it in your email signature, a text, a flyer. Only people with the link can find it.

  3. Late at night, from Denver

    A client picks a time

They see only times you are truly free, in their own time zone. Your 3:00 pm New York slot shows as 1:00 pm for them, with both zones named.

  4. The same minute

    It's set on both sides

The booking lands on your desk and in your calendar feed; they get a calendar file and a private link to cancel.

What your page does, and what it never does.

Rules you set once

Nothing lands at 6 am tomorrow because someone found your link at midnight. These rules apply to every time on your page.

Straight answers before you start

  • It sends no email.

Not to you, not to your clients. You see bookings on your desk and in your own calendar app through a private feed; your client gets a calendar file and a private link on the spot.

  • It takes no payments for you.

Your clients do not pay through this site. Settle fees with them the way you do today.

  • It doesn't read your calendar.

Your page knows your weekly hours, your days off and its own bookings, nothing else. Block a day when something else comes up.

  • No account, no password.

Your desk is one private link. Bookmark it. Anyone with that link can manage your page, so keep it to yourself.

What your client sees

Open times only, in their clock.

A client in Denver sees your 3:00 pm New York slot as 1:00 pm, with both zones named. Daylight-saving changes are worked out for every date, so a time never shifts by an hour after the clocks change.

What you see

A desk that reads like a timetable.

Every booking, by day, with who, how to reach them and their note. New ones are marked since your last visit. Cancel with a reason they will see, block a day off, pause the page.
