How it works
From weekly hours to a booked time, step by step.
1. Make your page
On Make your page, enter the name clients will see (for example "Ms. Alvarez, Piano"), your time zone, your first kind of meeting and your weekly hours. Each day can have two windows, like 9 to 12 and 3 to 7. Then set the rules: minimum notice, the gap you want after each meeting, the most bookings in a day and how far ahead people may book.
You get two links. Your desk (/d/…) is private: it is the only way to manage the page, so bookmark it. Your booking page (/b/…) is the one you share.
2. Share it
Copy the booking link from your desk and put it wherever clients reach you: an email signature, a text, a website button, a printed card. Booking pages are hidden from search engines; people find yours only through you.
3. How clients book
Your client opens the link, picks the kind of meeting, and sees a week of open times. They tap one, add their name, a way to reach them if they like, and a note. The time is checked again at that moment, so two people can never book the same time. They get a page with the details, a calendar file and a private link to cancel.
4. Time zones and daylight saving
Your hours are kept in your zone. Each client sees times in their own zone (their browser tells the page; they can change it), with your zone named too. Every date is worked out on its own, so the week the clocks change is right on both sides. On the night clocks go forward, a time that does not exist is not offered; on the night they go back, the repeated hour is offered once.
5. Bookings in your calendar
Your desk shows a private calendar feed address. Subscribe to it once and bookings appear in your calendar app:
- Google Calendar (on a computer): Other calendars, +, From URL, paste the feed address.
- Outlook: Add calendar, Subscribe from web, paste the address.
- Apple Calendar: File, New Calendar Subscription, paste the address.
Calendar apps decide how often they check a feed; some take a few hours, and Google Calendar can take up to a day. For the newest bookings, open your desk. Weldon Schedule sends no email and no text messages.
6. Cancelling
A client can cancel from their private link up to the start time; the time opens again on your page. You can cancel any booking from your desk with a short reason, and their link will show it. Because no email is sent, if you cancel close to the time, also tell the client directly.
7. Keep your desk link safe
There is no password: whoever has your desk link can see your bookings and change your page. Keep it in your bookmarks or a password manager, and do not post it. If it leaks, make a new page and delete the old desk from its settings.
